However, in healthy individuals, the half life is short, so should be out of system prior to conception/implantation if taken on CD10/26-35. If you are having a problem sleeping, you might want to discuss this with your doctor and try nonRx approaches to improve sleep hygine as Rx over time tend to make the problem worse.
