I am not a doctor, however I too was taking Celexa prior to becoming pregnant. Once I found out I was pregnant I stopped taking the medication and have not taken anything since (currently 27 weeks). I have heard that there are some medications for anxiety, depression, etc. that are safe to take during pregnancy, however I do not know if celexa is one of them. Your best bet is to talk to your doctor and see what s/he recommends.
