I have read that it is perfectly safe to have intercourse and orgasm throughout your entire pregnancy UNLESS your doctor has ordered you to be on pelvic rest. My understanding is that most early miscarriages are caused by genetic abnormalities in the fetus, so having an orgasm will cause no problems.
