My doctors assured me that it was normal because my uterus is stretching. As far as the ER visit, if it was an ovarian cyst you need to have a follow-up with your OB about that, if it was severe gas...there are safe medications for you to take, if it was appendicitis...they shouldn't/wouldn't have let you leave the hospital. If your baby is fine via ultrasound, you might just be experiencing stretching like I did. Just report it to you doctor if you experience and spotting or bleeding whith your cramps. Good luck!
