Thank you for your response on the cat issue, Carol. Is there a doctor that can answer the rust issue? I only use the tap water for teeth brushing and ice cubes...

I just moved into a new apartment and the water runs slightly >brown/yellow for a few seconds every time you turn it on. Today, the
>building was doing some plumbing repairs and when the water was turned
>back on it ran extremely brown for about a minute or so. I told the
>manager about it and he said it was probably rust. Could this type of
>exposure be dangerous to my baby? I am just 5 weeks and worried about
>everything due to miscarriage last year. I am even questioning my use
>of bleach to clean this morning and the strong fumes. I desperately
>want to carry this baby to term and want to make sure I am doing
>everything right.
