Glenda, I am 33 weeks, and I have experienced all of the symptoms that you mention since about 24 weeks. The shortness of breath is very common - your lungs simply don't have the room that they are used to and your packing around a lot of extra weight...do you find it worse right after you eat (even less room) or when you are sitting at a 90 degree angle? My heart rate is all over the place, but often over 100 bpm. The dizziness can be signs of other things, but iron supplements should help as will drinking lots of water and taking it easy.

Not a doc, but sounds like a normal third-trimester pregnancy to me....

Best wishes...
