I also thought the fatigue and nausa were side effects of the medicine. It turns out I was pregnant (which was not supposed to be possible). It was 9 days after conception when they gave me a pregnancy blood test, so it had come up negative. Bottom line, if you still don't have your period in the next couple of days, go get an OTC pregnancy test. Let me know what happens. It would be really wierd if this happened to another person!
