I am in my third trimester (30 weeks) and two days ago I noticed a bitter taste in my mouth after eating. I also started experiencing headaches, nausea and fatigue that same day. All of these symptoms are persisting and I am curious about what is causing them and wondering if I should I be concerned? This is my second pregnancy and I did not experience this the first time around.
