1.5 hour trip to hospital - likely to be a problem?

I hope this is a question that can be answered by anyone who has had a baby. I'm 12 weeks pregnant with my first. I live in one state but work an hour and a half away in a different state. My insurance does not provide coverage in the state I live in, only the one I work in. So when the time comes (if everything goes well up till then!) for me to give birth, I'd have to travel for 1.5 hrs to get to the hospital, if I'm at home and not at work. Should I be worried about this? At least my husband would be doing the driving... ;)
