I am 7 weeks pregnant, and the past week I have been having left side ovarian area pain with every bowel movement. The pushing is causing a tight,full, pulling, pain. This pain lasts for about 30 minutes after I'm through. I have also had constipation, but I have had that my entire life. So what could this mean? I appreciate any feedback.
