I've had 2 ectopics and am now pregnant through IVF. I know several couples who have had luck with healthy babies through IVF.

It didn't work the first time for me b/c I didn't "relax" after having the embryo transfer. The first time I kept going to the gym and keeping up my hectic cycle (work, school, running errands, lifting/carrying things, etc).

But after this round of IVF I did nothing but go to work and relaxed every night after work for the first 2 weeks till I got my test results. Then once I found out I was pregnant I relaxed even more! Only do what is absolutely necessary and remember to relax. Best of luck!
