How can I relax about this pain?

I got scared about it last Sunday afer reading about HELLP syndrome and pre-eclampsia and went to the hospital. They checked my blood counts and liver enyzmes and all was normal. BP was normal 112/78.

I'm still getting this little ache. My doctor says not to worry, but I'm still worried that it could be an early sign of HELLP.

Would the pain of HELLP be more constant and severe, and would I have more symptoms?

It doesn't get worse after I eat, so I'm fairly sure it's not my gallbladder.

Any words of wisdom?
