Please any advise would be good. I am >just ready to be a mom. I had PCOS too. It is possible to concieve naturally, but 3 years is a long time. Have you tried kits that tell you when you are ovulating? With PCOS, it is a total random process, so no formulas work. If you find you are not ovulating, your Dr. can send you to an infertility specialist. It is kind of wierd at first, but you get over it. (They will take your husband's sperm count). The first thing they will do is give you a pill that starts your period and then give you a 3 day drug that forces you to ovulate. At that point, you still go home and concieve naturally. If that doesn't work (and it usually does) they will try artificial insemination. Hope this helps! Keep your hopes high. It is more than possible (I am 19 wees PG). Best of luck to you! Jenn
