The only thing that appears it wasn't evaluated is the material obtained from the m/c for chromosopathy, that of course could have given a clue about what's going on, if that was the case perhaps an IVF and once obtained several eggs evaluate 1 cell of them to find out if they are normal and only then inseminate. This procedure not everybody are ready to do it but is the only way I can think it might help you.Good Luck.
