When I was breastfeeding I too had thrush. They gave my son an oral nystatin and myself the nystatin cream. That cleared the situation right up. If you are sure that is what you have, you really need this anti-fungal cream. I am sure if you call your peditrician they can call you in a prescription. My preditrician gave me my prescription as well as my son's. Good Luck!
