Hi - I have a 3 week old baby, have been breastfeeding and got mastitis - was put on antibiotics and developed thrush on my breasts. I've been using a nipple ointment which is helping somewhat, but not entirely, and am wondering if it would make sense for me to wait until I am off of my course of antibiotics and see if the pain clears or if I should seek additional treatment.
