I had IUI done on July 23rd & 24th. My period should start today or tomorrow. Monday, I had cramps very low in the center of my abdomen (12 days after IUI), without bleeding. The cramps felt very similar to the cramps when the IUI catheter is inserted. Since then I have been having a very mild dull crampy feeling in the same area. Could these have been implantation or is 12 days too late? Most of what I have seen indicates implantation 8-10 dpo. I am having all the usual symptoms of my period: mild cramping, irritability, breast tenderness, and lower back pain. The only diffence is this time I have sensitive nipples. However, on cycle days 5-9 I took 100 mg. Clomid per day and didn't know if the sensitivity could be related to the Clomid. Does it sound like maybe the IUI worked? One pregnancy, one miscarraige and afraid to take a pregnancy test this early for fear of a negative result. Thanks so much for your time and response.
