Do you have a lot of the white milky discharge? That's what I'm attributing it too (same thing, 32 weeks). Mine was like this at my last doctor visit, and nothing odd was detected in it (although I forgot to mention to the doctor that I was concerned about it). Anyhow, I figure it's "washing" the discharge into the toilet with the urine, hence the clouds.
