Brandy,

Even if your doctor is out of town he should have somebody covering his practice. Don't wait for an answer on the internet, call now, and call your doctor not the midwife. You are 30 weeks, being treated for PTL, you are having contractions and you have a discharge. You need to be checked by a doctor. Good Luck, I hope everything turns out OK.
