I am not a professional, but I had a similar situation last month. I had nausea, frequent urination, breast tenderness, and also bad low-back pain and pelvic cramping, which you don't have according to your message. I have 2 dogs, but I don't think that counts. :-) Anyway, I called my doctor after 1 week late and numerous pregnancy tests (I think I'm a compulsive tester) and my doctor said to come in. After doing a blood test for pregnancy, which turned out negative, they did an ultrasound. This has happened to me in the past as well and it turned out to be an ovarian cyst. These are quite normal. But, to find out for sure, you should probably call you doctor. You could have a cyst or something else could be going on. It is common to miss a period when you have a cyst. I have missed an entire cycle because of one before. Do you have any pain? Or any other symptoms? Hopefully you will figure out what's going on soon. Good luck!
