It's now considered healthy to continue most exercise during low risk pregnancy with a few guidelines. Don't let yourself get overheated (especially during the first trimester), don't get dehyrated, and make sure that you stop or slow down if you feel ill or tired. Moderate rather than high intensity exercise is generally recommended so keep your heartrate in the lower aerobic zone.
