Babs,

Having sex every day "dilutes" the sperm. The sperm do not have a chance to regenerate so you are actually decreasing your chances by having sex every day. From what I have read on the forum the docs suggest having sex every other day between days 10 and 20. If your ovulation tends to fall later you may want to adjust that to every other day 5 days before suspected ovulation until 5 days after suspected ovulation. Good Luck!
