Ovulation Prediction

My last period was July 5th (the previous two cycles were consistent 28 day cycles) and I still haven't gotten my period. I took a pregnancy test on August 2nd and again on the 6th, both with negative results. I don't think I'm pregnant even though my period is 4 days late. Can someone recommend a ovulation prediction kit so I can better estimate when I should ovulate this coming month?
