I am a worry wort!

I had my second drs appt today(11wks 6days). The dr was able to get the babys heartbeat with the doppler for a few seconds here and there and said it was reading 138. He then did a quick ultrasound to get a better reading. He said everything was fine and the heartrate was somewhere around 120-130. It seems low to me. I had an ultrasound at 7wks 1 day for some spotting and the heartrate was 162 then. I just didnt think it would drop that much by now. I know I should trust my dr but I still cant help from worrying.

Is this decline in heart rate normal?
