If you have recently been doing someting out of the ordinary like travelling, or have started a rigorous exercise routine or have gained or lost a lot of weight, or have had unusual stress in your life, you could delay ovulation and therefore not have a period even for as long as you describe. But I would still go to the doctor for tests. A home pregnancy test will register at 3 weeks past conception according to the latest study I read. Good luck.
