Hi, Cherie. I'm currently on my third pregnancy. With my first two I breastfed 13 months each. With all my pregnancies, this one included, I never experienced noticeable nipple changes. The areolas never darkened or enlarged, I never did get prominent Mont. Tub., and I actually never really noticed many veins either. And I'm an experienced milk machine! :)
