here is a list my doctor gave me for medications to use during pregnancy : mylanta, riopan, maalox, tums, metamucil, citracel, colace, doxidan, surfak, dulcolax suppository for acute situations, anusol, preperation h, tucks, regular strength tylenol, NO IBUPROFIN OR ASPRIN vitamin b6, sudafed, robotussin

i don't knwo what diareha medicines are.. *sorry i'm 17* but i hope this list is of some help
