Is it possible to have a - serum blood test and still be pregnant? I am so confused. I am having all the symptons of being pregnant, and I did not have a period this month, I only spotted for three days. I just don't understand why I am nauseous/vomiting one minute, tired all the time, mood swings like crazy, and lower back pain, not to mention I cannot make up my mind if I want to be in the bathroom all day or constipated. What else could be going on? Does anyone know? Please help me.....
