Hi, I am 35 weeks pregnant and have recently developed strange white patches on my tongue, with a mild burning sensation. I don't think it's Candida or thrush--when I look at images online it is more similar to pictures I see for "geographic tongue", or migratory glossitis. I don't recall ever having this before, and am wondering if pregnancy could have set it off? Have any of you seen this with pregnancy? It is very mysterious and bothersome to me.
