Period? Implantation? SSSOOOO Confused here!!! :(

I had a natural miscarriage on June 27th. I was 7 wks pg. I bled for 10 days, had a blood test, on the 11th day and HCG was at 4. I ovulated on July 18th or 19th... and my period should be due tommorrow or Saturday. On Tues (July 30th) I had my follow up appt from my miscarriage, and a urine test was negative. I was 10 days post ovulation at that point. Today I woke up with extremely light spotting that has now pretty much stopped. I am so confused! Is this my period, or is it possible to be implanting this late???
