High TSH level- need advice asap

Hello, I am hypothyroid (used to have graves but had RAI treatment 10 months ago). Anyway, I am 7 weeks pregnant and recently had my TSH level checked by both my endocinologist and primary care md. The results were different. The endo got a result of 5.5 and the primary care 7.8. Could these results be this different from different labs? Also, I am on .125 and my endo wants me to take an additional .125 a week. Where the primary care wants me to take .175 every day. What would you do? I am totally confused.

Also, I am extremely concerned about the effect of the high TSH might have already had on the baby's development especially brain development. thanks
