This is my first cycle on clomid and I have an ovulation monitor and it never showed I ovulated...but around day 15 I had VERY sharp pains and went to the dr. she said I was ovulating..well today I went back for an internal ultrasound and she said that I had fluid in the pelvic region and thats why I am nauseated and having a dull pain in my stomach area under my belly button. She said it was a good sign of ovulation and drew some blood. I want to know..how good of a sign is that? is there a chance of getting pregnant? someone please help me understand it..
