Actually, my 9 month old just had roseola and my 38 week pregnant friend came in contact with him before we knew what he had. As you are, we were worried too. So when I brought him to the clinic, I asked the ped. if my friend should be concerned. The ped. said that there were no worries for pregnant women and their babies in-utero. It's not like chicken pox. Roseola isn't a disease that adults catch easily and it's not super contagious. Also, its contagious during the high fever part. When the rash appears the baby isn't contagious anymore. Hope this helps!
