YOu probably O'd on CD15. I had those pains too, and they went away after I O'd, and was determined by temp shift. Sometimes the fertility monitors don't work when you take CLomid, sometimes they do. It sounds like yours maybe didn't. I could tell I was Oing, cuz even having sex hurt. Sitting, standing, walking.... everthing HURT!!! Until I took two 800mg Midol, then everything was hunky-dory!
