PAINFUL ovulation?From: April (anonymous@obgyn.net)Tue, 29 Jul 2003 21:16:32 -0500 (CDT)
I was taking depo provera for about 4 years and I stopped taking the injections in June of last year. After months of no success I took Clomid for the first time this month. I started my period on July 17, 2003 and took Clomid from day 3 until 7. I am almost positive that I am ovulating right now. My only problem is that I have been having pain. Similiar to mittleschmertz, only it doesn't go away in ten minutes. I have been hurting for 2 days. It hurts the most when I sit down too hard, or during intercourse. It hurts in the middle of my stomach. It feels kind of like someone pushing really hard on a bruise! Could ovulation be causing this? When should I be concerned? Could depo be the root of my problems? I never had any trouble while taking the shot....I actually loved it. No periods, no cramps, no problem! Thanks, April P.S. I haven't had any fevers, bleeding or fatigue either.
