It is generally considered safe to continue exercising at a level which you feel comfortable at without increasing your excerise program. You should not let yourself get overheated and should stop if you feel tired, or out of breath. Some women do jog while pregnant but often have to slow done and eventually stop by their third trimester. There is a lot of information on the web about this. You may also want to get the opinion of your obgyn/midwife to see what they consider safe.
