I'm not a doctor, but 14 lbs at 30 weeks seem perfectly fine to me. Some women gain a lot in the beginning, some pack it on in the end. The baby is very efficient at taking what it needs. You still have 10 weeks to go, and I bet you'll make it to at least 20 lbs by then. My doctor (chief of obstetrics at my hospital) has always told me "More than 10, less than 50."
