sono measurements please respondFrom: Lola (anonymous@obgyn.net)Tue, 29 Jul 2003 13:14:33 -0500 (CDT)
At 34 weeks I had a level 11 sono. My baby measured femur- 59mm (30w 5d) Humurus?- 52.1(30w3d) and head and abdomen measured about 35 weeks. They are concerned with the difference in growth of arms and legs and head and body. Has anyone been through this before? I am 5'4 and hubby is 5'9. they had mentioned skeletal dysplasia to me (dwarfism) because of the growth. I had asked how reliable sonos were in the 3rd trimester because on the sono it had +/- 21 days. they said that shouldnt be an issue. Has anyone gone through this and everything turned out fine? Just a shorter Baby? Please respond, I am beside myself with worry. Thanks!
