I am not pregnant but I have hypothyroid and when my dose was increased it took a while for my body to get used to it. I was more tired after doing tedius things such as walking up stairs. If it continues ask your Dr at your next appt. When I was put on a higher dose (75 mcg from 50) my thyroid was normal at my 6 week check... This means that the current dose is working for you.
