Dear Christy,

Heartbeat at 6 weeks is a great sign. No symptoms does not mean anything - every pregnancy is different. The fact that you are not sleeping is not good for anybody - neither you nor the tiny little baby inside. At 11 weeks, a nurse may well be able to pick up a heartbeat for you with a doppler. Why not stop by and ask to be seen - you need to start sleeping again.
