Christina, Not a doc, I'm very sorry but if the HPT's have all been negative, the HCG is negative, and you have been having your period you are not pregnant. If I can ask, are the pressure and spasm's the reason you think you may be pregnant? If these symptoms have been going on for 5 months it is time to go to the doctor and discuss evaluate your symptoms. Good Luck.
