Is it possible to be 18 weeks pregnant and have a negative qualitative serum test? i have had my period for the last 4 months but it has been very abnormal. I have taken many hpt's and all have came back negative. I went to my doctor and she did a qualitative serum test...which came back negative. Is it possible to be almost 5 months pregnant and still not able to detect hcg in urine and or blood? My stomach feels like there is pressure in my lower abdomin and i have been experiencing some spasm's. I'm just curious if pregnancy could still be possible?
