I'm 29 weeks and still trying to calm down. I guess my best advice would be to try not to get "too much information." An occasional search is okay, but reading all those stories on the internet can drive you crazy. Just take it week by week and set little milestones. For example, your goal right now is to make it to 14 weeks, then 20, then 28, then 32, etc. That way of thinking is easier than thinking of the pregnancy in terms of the entire 40 weeks. Don't be afraid to talk to your doctor and ask for extra ultrasounds if that will make you feel better. Good luck!
