I wish that I could truely answer your question, but there isn't any answer to your question, all that I can say is do the best that you can, by taking care of your self etc. even with that said, pray to have a healthy pregnancy and baby, but there isnt any way to be sure even with that! You see I had a loss just last March at 16wks, everything was going great, eating right, etc, but my baby got the umbilico cord wrapped around his neck. I am now about 13wks pregnant again, and do I ever just pray and have hope that this baby will be fine and healthy, But I do try to stay positive and not worry about things, because worrying doesnt help, just causes you to be stressed out and thats not good for a baby!
