I know Xanax has been addressed in the archives, but everything I found related to ongoing use. Normally, when I fly, I take 1mg of alprazolam (Xanax) for intense anxiety only when flying. I know benzos are not great on an ongoing basis during pregnancy. However, I will be taking a trip during weeks 23-25 of this pregnancy. How risky is 1mg on the way there, 1mg on the way back? Thanks.
