My husband and I live in a home that does not have central a/c. We have a swamp cooler. My husband also keeps on 1-2 fans at night. In the morning - I'm usually a popsicle :). So I usually take a shower, get dressed and then wait about 30 minutes before I take my temperature.(I try to always take it at the same time.) I know you are supposed to take it as soon as you wake up but if I did that - again my temperature would read that I am a popsicle. I hope this helps a little. Best wishes.. It will happen...
