I'm sorry did I read this right that you put DUCT TAPE around your child..are you nuts?? I have a 4 month old and it makes me sick to think of you doing that to your baby. And I am a first time mom. If your baby is scratching it's face, cut it's nails..or buy the little mittens to put on them. Put the baby in a small craddle and put two blankets rolled up on the baby's sides tp keep him snug...if it's a newborn he should be waking every couple hours for food..and during the day if he/she can't sleep take them for a walk..or a drive...my goodness duct tape..thats a lousey excuse..!!!what if he gets used to the duct tape..are u going to tape him/her up for the rest of it's life???
