If it doesn't work in the next few months, you need to go on to something else or look for a problem. I was on clomid for over a year and did several IUI's before we finally went in to get a look at my insides. I had endometriosis so bad that it was probably preventing both ovulation and fertilization. The doc zapped it out and then I went on another round of clomid and IUI and got preggers the following month. I am currently on it again after my second laperoscopy for endo. I have high hopes. good luck. I wish you happiness and babies.
