i have also personally noticed that if heartburn is a problem and you're talking tums (or anything with calcium carbonate) that constipation will be much more noticable. on the other hand, mylanta has the opposite effect. just a tip for anyone who also has these two wonderful pregnancy woes....try to switch back and forth with the tums and mylanta. and yes, do ANYTHING to prevent the hemmies!!!!!!!!
