U/S's are done by all the Ob's I know. They will usually do any early one, to determine the due date. The earliest u/s, the more accurate the due date. Another one is usually done at around 20 weeks. This looks to make sure the baby is growing, has 2 legs, 2 arms,etc. I would question your dr, and if she doesn't decide to do one, then maybe look for another doctor. good luck
